Hephaestus Declares Himself Acting President—Then Hera Drops Her Trump Card Hera is still face-to-face with Capitol security when Hephaestus steps into the press room. He declares Zeus unfit, swears himself in as acting president, and smirks at the cameras: the First Lady is just a powerless housewife. The room laughs. Hera doesn't.
